What is self storage and how does it work?

Liberty Storage is a self-service storage company that provides a variety of storage unit sizes and types available to the public for personal, business, and recreational storage use. If you’re looking to clear up some much needed space at home or finding yourself with limited to no space to hold much needed business items, Liberty Storage is for you.  We offer clean, secure storage solutions at competitive prices.

What Size Unit Can I rent?

If the storage size you need is available and you can provide a valid I.D. and payment method, you can rent it.  If you have questions regarding which size is right for you, please review our storage unit size guide to find exactly the storage space you need.  If you have any additional questions regarding unit sizes, storage types, or prices, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  Or drop by our local storage facility and ask for a tour!

HAre my items insured while being stored at your facility?

Liberty Storage does not require our customers to purchase insurance. However, we do offer insurance if deemed necessary.

what forms of payments do you accept?

Liberty Storage accepts all major credit/debit cards over the phone or online in our tenant portal. We accept cash/check or money order either mailed or handed in person to 1017 S. Riverside Dr. in  Clarksville TN 37040. We also allow ACH payments by banking and routing numbers, or auto drafted payments by credit/debit card.

Can I rent a unit over the phone or online?

You may reserve a storage unit over the phone or online.

How Long Can I Rent a Unit?

Rent your unit for as long (or short) as you need!  We offer month-to-month leases with an automatic renewal on the first of each month. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible.

I'm Ready to Move Out of my Unit - Do You Require Notice?

Yes. We require a 5 day notice  to vacate. Units must be completely empty and swept out at time of move out in order to avoid a $25.00 admin fee.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?​

Payment is due on the 1st of each month. A $25.00 late fee will be added to your account following midnight of the 5th of each month.

I Can't Find the Key to my Unit - What Can I do?

If you lose your key you may call a Lock Smith to immediately remove the lock. Liberty Storage can remove your lock for $25.00 but it may take up to 48 hours for the lock to be removed.

Do You Pro-Rate My Final Month?

Yes, you must pay for the full month by the 5th but on the date of your move out you will receive a prorated refund for the days you did not spend in your unit.

Liberty Storage offers unique storage sizes and types to accommodate your needs.

  • Climate Control: This type of storage is perfect for items sensitive to fluctuating temperatures. While slightly more expensive than using indoor or outdoor units, the few dollars you spend in extra rent could save you thousands of dollars in damage down the road.
  • Indoor Units:  Indoor units are housed inside a one, two, or three story building, offering less exposure to harsh elements.
  • Drive-Up Units:  Drive-up storage is perfect for those looking for quick, easy access to their items.  Drive straight up to your unit, park, unload, and take off (or hang out).  Our roll-up doors make accessing your unit a breeze and save space unlike their swinging-door counterparts.
